My heavy armor warrior with 15 sneak can do all the radiant quests so you should be gucci regardless of build.
If you have trouble sneaking around go to Sarethi farm grab a bunch of nirnroots planted there then wait till night time and collect luna moths (green butterflies) mix both using alchemy for invisibility potions. It might be tedious but it's easier to click fast travel and going to one guy to sell stuff worth 4k than to go sell to belethor's 500 gold. Then you go and do the radiant quests of the thieves guild to unlock more fences who can be found in almost every hold (you need at least 3) because they got 4k gold on them so they are needed regardless of the methods you use to make gold. You want the boost to prices because better price more gold and more speech xp. I recommend doing the thieves guild questline for the hood that gives better prices as well as grabbing an amulet of zenithar just north of riften because it gives a boost to prices and there is a shrine there which you pray at for a boost to prices. These skills should probably be maxed anyways for the best gear setups regardless of character build and you make a ton of money doing it so you are hitting 3 birds with one stone maxing one of them. Maxing either alchemy, smithing or enchanting would max speech skill as you sell your merchandise to make money. To max speech with the 45% xp boost while you start it at lvl 15 you'd need to sell 85k worth of stuff and this is not in item value but in transaction value if a ring says 100 gold worth on it but a merchant would buy it for 50 gold, then that 50 gold is off the required 85k. Once you do acquire the crown simple get the lovers stone equip the crown get the thieves stone unequip it sleep for well rested and equip it back again for 45% xp boost. To get 2 standing stone buffs at the same time you need the Aetherial crown, to get that you need to do the quest called lost to the ages.
You want 45% speech xp boost which can be gotten by well rested, the lover's stone and thief's stone.
